About the Company

We are working closely with an impressive, growth SME business who are currently going through a rapid expansion project in order to cope with a consistent increase in demand for their service and products.

We are well-positioned to talk about this Company as we have partnered with them for a number of years and know a great deal about the impressive senior leadership team, their care for their business and the team, and their ethical approach. The Role

Whilst this is a commercial business, the position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Communication skills and an ability to engage with customers is a highly beneficial attribute for this position.

If you are looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity — you will be working alongside a hands-on Client Relationship Manager in a fast-paced environment that allows you to be a key part in supporting the business's growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Setting up regular meetings with new and existing customers to review business levels
  • Attending exhibitions and networking via social media including LinkedIn
  • Working with the Claims Manager to raise and manage incoming escalations
  • Identifying key account drivers when re-contracting existing clients
  • Overseeing developing relationships from start to finish
